Vermicelli with plant-based Pork 

1. Drizzle oil into a preheated wok
   
2. Pan fry shallots and garlic 
3. Add plant-based pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
4. Add vermicelli and stir-fry for 2-5 minutes 
5. Add sauce and stir-fry until well cooked  

Serving for two
