Delivery Dates and Time

Available delivery days are Monday to Saturday; delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

Cut-off and delivery time

The daily cut-off time for ordering is 3:00p.m, and deliveries can be arranged for the following day (except Sundays and public holidays)

Delivery Fees and Remote Area Surcharges

Free shipping on orders over $288

  • For tenement buildings, village houses and addresses without elevators, packages will be delivered downstairs for self-pickup. Please note there will be a fee of $10/floor for tenement buildings

  • Delivery fees to remote areas will cost around $80-$130, please check with customer service in advance. (Tung Chung, Sha Tau Kok, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Fanling Ping Che, Lantau Island) Cash is required upon delivery, and packages will be delivered downstairs for self-pickup.

Free shipping on orders over $800 to remote areas (Delivery is not available for outlying islands)

For deliveries with a specified time, an additional fee of $50 -$80 is required (depending on the region). Please contact us on WhatsApp 5933 7771 before placing the order. This process will only be completed after WhatsApp confirmation.

If you have specified a delivery time in the "order remarks" without prior payment, the driver cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. The company will not accept complaints or refunds for related matters.

Typhoon and Black Rainstorm Warning

In case of Typhoon No. 8 or black rainstorm warning, same day and next day delivery services may be delayed or cancelled. We will contact the customer to arrange another delivery.


In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right to make any final decisions.

Changes and Cancellations

For any changes, please notify us 24 hours before delivery, otherwise no refund will be
provided. If you need to amend or cancel the order, please contact us before the cut-off time.

DayDayCook reserves the right to make final changes and cancel orders. For any cancellations, an administration fee of HK$100 will be charged.

All food preparation is manufactured in a food factory licensed by the Hong Kong
government.

It is regularly supervised and monitored by the Food and Environmental Hygiene
Department of the Hong Kong Government.
