Pork Bone and Arrowroot Soup

1. Blanch pork bone
2. Add 4-6 bowls of water in a pot
3. Add all ingredients when water is boiled
4. Boiled over high heat for 10 minutes, then boil over medium heat for another 90 minutes
5. Add salt for seasoning
