Chayote Lotus Seed Lily Lean Pork Soup

1. Blanch the pork then set aside.
2. Bring 6-8 bowls of water to boil and then add all the ingredients. 
3. High heat for 10 mins, then change to the med-low for 60-90 mins
4. Seasoning with salt.
