Abalone Chicken Pot With Ginger and Scallion

1. Drizzle oil into a preheated wok and pan fry garlic, shallots and ginger
2. Pan fry chicken till medium well
3. Stir fry abalone with gilled mushroom
4. Add the sauce and stir-fry
5. Cover ingredients with water and simmer for.15-18 minutes until sauce thickens
