Salted Egg Prawn

  1. Drizzle oil into a preheated wok
  2. Add batching and stirfry it with prawns for later use
  3. Add a little butter and salted egg yolk into the wok, stir fry them slowly over low heat till bubbly
  4. Add the ingredients prepared in Step 2 and stir fry them quickly until the prawns are fully covered by salted egg yolk
