Vinegar and Spicy Chicken

1. Fry the chicken after heating the frying pan with oil, and filter the oil for later use.

2. Heat the frypan with chili oil, and saute ginger, garlic, and dried chili until fragrant,then add Zhenjiang vinegar, tomato juice, dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar.Return diced chicken to the pot and cook together.

3. Finally, add in cornstarch and sprinkle with chopped green onion
