Sweet and Sour Pork Belly Roll

1. First add water to flour, starch the pork belly rolls with the flour, and the appropriate amount of cornflour.

2. Fry the pork belly rolls for about 3 minutes until well-cooked, put on a plate.

3. Put the green and yellow peppercorns in the pot and fry unitl fragrant , and finally pour the sauce, which is made of sweet and sour sauce and the appropriate amount of mixed-water cornflour, on the pork belly rolls.
