Salted Egg with Cucumber and Shrimp

1. Add oil in the pot first, put the cucumber in the pot, add salt and sugar to fry until well-cooked, set aside for later use.

2. Coat the shrimp with cornstarch, serve on the plate after well-cooked

3. Add a little oil to the pan, then fry the salted egg sauce until it starts to bubble. Return the cucumber and shrimp to the pan and stir well, and sprinkle with sesame.
