OnlyEg Japanese Curry Omurice (Meat-Based)

 Japanese Curry Omurice (Meat-Based)

1. First we prepare for the curry sauce, pan-fry the potato and carrot till 50% cooked

2. Boil 3 - 4 bowls of water into a pot. Once the water is boiling, put the potatoes, carrots and curry brick into the pot,
steam under covered with medium fire for 10 minutes

3. We could prepare the chicken cubes at the same time. Pan-fry the onion with oil,

and add chicken cubes once the onion is cooked, then fry till they are in golden colour.

4. Either microwave the cooked rice for 2 mins or Heat with a boiled water

5. Pan-fry the OnlyEg Omelette until it has colour

6. Open the pot to check the curry sauce. If it is too thick, add water bowl by bowl till fine ;
If it is too rare, add a little bit of corn starch to thicken

7. Lastly, put the ingredient on dish accordingly :
Cooked Rice, Onion and Chicken cubes, Omelettle (On top), and the curry sauce.

1. Next day delivery is available if the order is confirmed and full payment is made before 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Delivery will be arranged from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM the next day. 

2. If the order is confirmed and full payment is made after 3:00 PM on Friday to 3:00 PM on Saturday. Delivery will be arranged from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday.

3. If the order is confirmed and full payment is made after 3:00 PM on Saturday to Sunday. Delivery will be arranged from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday.

4. Delivery Days: From Monday to Saturday. 

Customers will be notified in advance before delivery. 

Please note that no delivery service will be provided on Sunday and public holidays.

1. If the designated delivery address does not have any lift due to any given circumstances, customers will have to collect the products/ goods on the ground floor.

2. Remote areas surcharge (surcharge fee ofHKD$100 will be required.  Customers shall pay the fee in cash upon delivery to the courier. All products will be delivered to ground level and customers will have to self-collect.)
